We’ve been running Neo Structo Construction Limited for quite some time now, mostly operating out of our space at 35-Shri Rang Society. It’s located right behind the Dena Bank near Palanpur Patia on Rander Road here in Surat. Most days you'll find a few of us sitting around the desks trying to keep the paperwork organized while the crews are out on site. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical place to get things done. People in the 395005 zip code area usually know where we are. We started small and stayed that way on purpose because it’s easier to manage the daily grind without too much noise. You can usually catch someone here during the day, though sometimes we’re all out looking at a job or picking up materials. It gets a bit dusty in the office with all the files, but we know where everything is. We don't spend much on advertising or big signs. Most of our work comes from people just seeing our trucks around or stopping by the society office. If you’re coming from the main road, just look for the bank and turn behind it. We've stayed in this spot because it's convenient and the neighbors are alright. It’s just a straightforward construction setup, nothing too complicated. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to keep things moving along without a lot of fuss or unnecessary meetings.
