National Camera Centre

At National Camera Centre, we spend our days surrounded by lenses and camera bodies. You can find us at 437 Poddar Arcd, Bhavanivad, over in the Kohiraa Estate. It’s a place full of gear, some old and some new. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workshop feel where we check out cameras and try to fix what’s wrong. People bring in all sorts of equipment, from little point-and-shoots to big professional rigs. Being in Kohiraa Estate means we get a mix of people coming through. Some are just hobbyists and others do this for a living. We’ve been at this Poddar Arcd spot for a long time now. The shelves are pretty crowded with parts and boxes. We don't try to sell people things they don't need. Usually, someone comes in with a broken shutter or a dusty lens, and we see if we can help. It’s a bit cluttered in here, but we know where everything is. Bhavanivad is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street. We just sit at our benches and focus on the tiny screws and glass. It’s quiet work in a loud neighborhood. We don’t have a big marketing team. People just know if they have a camera problem, they can head over to our spot in the estate. We just take it one repair at a time and see how it goes.
