Out here on 174/1, Kannadi Road in Village Naroli, things are a bit slower than in the city. Western Refrigration Pvt. Ltd. has been set up here for a while now. We deal with cooling systems and big fridges. You know, the kind businesses need to keep things cold. It’s a large space because those units take up a lot of room. Sometimes it’s a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we keep the equipment clean. The staff here mostly lives nearby in the village or the next one over. We aren't big on titles or fancy uniforms. You’ll usually find us in work clothes with a wrench or a screwdriver in hand. It’s a lot of metal and fans and motors around here. The sound of testing the units is something you just get used to. People drive out here from all over when they have a problem with their commercial cooling. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting. Sometimes it's just a simple fuse, other times it's much more. We don't have a polished front office; you just walk into the main bay and look for someone who isn't busy. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just make sure things stay cold for the people who need them to. That’s the long and short of it for us at Naroli.
