Shri Navkar Plasic Ind

We've been at Plotno. 3 in the Premier Ind Estate for a while now. It's a busy spot in Naroli, and we are right there in the middle of it. Mostly, we deal with plastic parts and things people need for their own manufacturing setups. The machines run pretty much all day and evening. It gets quite noisy inside the building, but that's just how the job goes. My brother and I started this because we knew the area well and saw a lot of demand for basic plastic production. We aren't doing anything fancy or high-tech, just keeping up with the orders that come in. Some days are slower than others, but we usually have plenty to do. The rain sometimes makes the road near Sr. No. 678/1/3 a bit messy, and the trucks get stuck in the mud, but we manage to get things moved eventually. We have a small crew from the nearby villages who show up early every morning. They know the routine and don't need much told to them. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty for visitors. It's more about getting the crates loaded and making sure the plastic mold is set right. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend half the day with grease on our hands fixing it. That's just part of the daily life here in Naroli. We’ve stayed in the same building since we first opened the doors. It works for us.
