Cear Plastics Ltd. is situated at Survey No. 709/3/1/1, right on the Bhilad Naroli Road in Vadfalia. It’s a good location for us because the road is right there for the transport trucks to pull in. We do a lot of work with different plastic materials every single day. The facility is mostly open space filled with raw materials and finished goods waiting to be shipped out. We don't have a lot of fancy office furniture or decorations on the walls. Most of what you’ll see is just the stuff we use to get the job done. The crew here is hardworking and they’ve been with us for a good while. We don't talk much about our goals or visions; we just talk about what needs to be finished by five o'clock. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, but that’s just part of running a business in this area. We handle the plastic processing ourselves and we try to keep things organized, even when it gets a bit hectic. People in Vadfalia know us as the place on the road that handles plastic. We don't do much in the way of sales pitches. If someone needs plastic parts or sheets, they find us. We just make sure the quality is decent and the price is fair for everyone involved. It’s a lot of manual work and checking the machines, but we prefer it that way, I guess.
