Rheao Aircon India Pvt. Ltd. operates out of a couple of different spots in Surat. One of our main places is in the basement of the Shalibhadra Complex. That is Shop No. 4, over in the Nanpura Timaliyawad area, right near the LIC Housing Quarters. We also have another spot at G-4 in the Akash Ganga Apartments on VIP Road. That one is near the Bank of Baroda in Attan. Dealing with air conditioning in a place as hot as Surat means we are kept very busy most of the year. We are not some huge, faceless corporation; we are just a team that knows a lot about how aircon units work and how to fix them. Most of our day is spent either down in the basement shop or out on service calls at people's homes and offices. The basement at Shalibhadra is where we keep most of our spare parts and heavy tools. It can get a bit cramped with all the equipment piled up, but we make it work for us. Over at the VIP Road location, it has a bit of a different feel, but the actual work we do is exactly the same. We have been around this part of Surat for quite a while now. We know the roads and the different neighborhoods like the back of our hand. People usually call us because they have seen our shop.
