Mumbai Surat Transport Service is based over in the Athwalines area. This is where we run our operations from every day. It’s a well-known part of town, so most people don’t have much trouble finding where we are located. We don't have a massive warehouse or a fancy glass building. It’s just a practical office where we manage the schedules and talk to the drivers. Athwalines is a nice area, a bit more settled and older than some of the newer parts of the city. We’ve been doing this transport work for a long time. Our days start very early because transport doesn't really stop for anyone. There’s always a truck moving somewhere or a delivery being prepared for the morning. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at maps. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are where they need to be. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people to write fancy slogans. We just know how to get things from one place to another without a lot of trouble. Sometimes the traffic in Surat makes things difficult, but we’ve learned how to deal with it over the years. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't have much in the way of office decor. Just the essentials. We like keeping it simple and focusing on the work instead of how the office looks.
