Multifilament Hub Pvt Ltd is based in the Rayon Mill Compound on Nari Road. We are located in the Kumbharwada area, which is an industrial part of town with a lot of history. The compound is quite old and has a lot of different businesses tucked away in different corners. Our building is a large shed where we keep our machines and the raw materials we use for production. It’s a very practical space and we don't spend much money on making it look pretty. There is a small corner with a table and a couple of chairs where we handle the paperwork and talk to our suppliers. The air inside smells a bit like oil and plastic, but that’s just how it is in this kind of work. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a long time, and we all know the routine. Nari Road can be quite bumpy and gets a lot of truck traffic, so there is always a layer of dust on everything. We aren't some giant international corporation with a glass office. We are just a group of people making things in a factory compound. Some days the machines act up and we have to spend hours fixing them, but that is part of the job. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the work done so we can head home at the end of the shift.
