M/S Jmc Projects (I) Ltd is based out of Surat, specifically over at C-402 in the Prajeet Apartment building. We are located in the Nehru Nagar area near Ichhanath. It’s a decent spot, though parking can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. Our office is tucked away in an apartment complex, so it doesn't feel like a cold, glass tower. It feels more like a place where real work gets done between neighbors and locals. We deal with projects, which means a lot of phone calls, site visits, and looking at schedules that are always shifting around. Surat is a busy city, and we try to keep pace with everything happening around us. We aren't big on using fancy language or making grand promises. We just handle the construction projects that we’ve been assigned as best as we can. The office usually smells like tea and paper files. Some days the phones don’t stop ringing, and other days it’s quiet enough to actually get some serious filing done. We’ve got a small group of people here who just want to do a good job and go home to their families. We don’t have any fancy mission statements posted on the walls. We just come in, check the status of the builds, and try to keep everyone on the same page. It’s regular work for regular people who care about their trade and their city.
