M/S Alstom Projects India Ltd.

We are over at Alstom Projects India Ltd, tucked away in a corner of Howrah. Our place is Flat No 7 in Building C/1, right on D.S. Lane. If you’ve ever been through Howrah, you know how tight and winding some of these lanes can be. It's a bit of a maze getting here if you aren't familiar with the area. We’ve been set up in this particular building for a while now. It isn't a massive industrial park or anything, just a regular space where we handle all our project details and daily tasks. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint one of these days, but they hold up just fine for now. West Bengal weather is usually pretty damp and humid, so we have to keep the ceiling fans running all day to stay comfortable while we work. We aren't doing anything too complicated here, just managing the day-to-day requirements of our various projects. It involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the morning. Sometimes the stairs in the building are a bit of a climb when the humidity is high, but it keeps us moving. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy bright lights. It’s just a practical and quiet office space. Most days it’s peaceful enough to get our things finished without too much trouble. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home to our families.
