Modi Enterprises

You can find Modi Enterprises over in Shahpore, specifically at 12/1190 Machhalipith. We are situated right opposite the Parsi Girls Orphanage, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. The area has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the years. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a desk, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of whatever we are currently dealing with. It isn't a place with shiny glass windows or air conditioning that works all the time. It is a practical workspace where we get things done. Most of the time, we are just busy with paperwork or taking calls from suppliers. The street outside is usually full of activity, especially with the orphanage nearby. We know most of our neighbors and there is a lot of nodding and saying hello throughout the day. We don't have a website or a big social media presence. We just rely on being here every day and doing what we say we will. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, and the traffic gets backed up, but the shop stays dry. It’s just a simple business in a busy neighborhood. We like the location because it feels connected to the history of the area. There’s always someone dropping by for a quick chat or to check on an order they placed last week. We don't mind the interruptions as they keep the day moving along.
