Mettler Toledo is located over at Adajan in Surat, specifically in the Shilalekh Complex. If you know the area, we are right near the Palanpur Jakat Naka, so it gets quite crowded around here during rush hour. Our office is in unit B-203. It’s not a huge place, but it serves our needs for handling all the weighing and measuring equipment people bring in. We spend a lot of time looking at scales and various laboratory tools. Most of the staff here have been around for years and know the locals by name. Surat is a busy city for business, so we get a lot of walk-ins asking about repairs or wanting to see how the sensors work. We keep a few spare parts on the shelves and there’s usually a pot of tea going in the back room. The complex itself is a bit older, so sometimes the lift acts up, but we’re on the second floor so it's not a big deal to take the stairs. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity when you walk through the door; we just want to help you get your equipment sorted so you can get back to work. It’s pretty straightforward. We handle the paperwork, check the calibration, and keep things moving. It’s a practical workspace for people who care about accuracy. The traffic near the Jakat Naka can be a mess, but we're used to it.
