You can find us at No. 25-27 in the Jai Jalaram Industrial Estate. We’re pretty close to Ryan International School, so we hear the bells and the kids sometimes when the wind blows the right way. Masma Olpad is an industrial area, so it’s mostly warehouses and factories around here. It isn't the quietest place to work, but it suits us just fine. We have a fair amount of space in our units to keep things moving. The floors are concrete and there’s always a bit of lint or dust in the air, which is normal for what we do. We don't have a fancy waiting room with magazines; usually, people just come straight to the back where the work is happening. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoon, so we keep the shutters down mostly. It’s a practical setup. Most of the guys have been working here for years and we all know the routine by heart now. We don't really have a boss who sits in a glass office; everyone is usually on the floor making sure things are packed and ready to go. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on top of the machines. We focus on getting the tasks finished before the trucks come for pickup. It's a simple way to spend the day.
