Mandeerwala Dinesh Chandra

The address is 9/871 Surat Landewadi, and we are located right near the Choryasi Dairy. You can often smell the milk and the activity from the dairy throughout the day. Mandeerwala Dinesh Chandra is a small operation, mostly just a few of us working out of this space. The room we work in is fairly small and it gets quite cramped when we have a lot of supplies delivered. We have some metal shelving units that hold most of our things, and a couple of ceiling fans that click a bit when they are on the high setting. It’s a local spot, and we know most of the people who walk past our door every morning. We don't really have a reception area or a waiting room. If someone comes by, they just stand by the desk and we talk. Sometimes we share a bit of news about the neighborhood. The street outside is narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren't looking to grow into some huge corporation. We just want to do our daily work and go home to our families at night. There’s a sense of routine here that we find comfortable. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up, do what needs to be done for the day, and make sure we’re ready to do it again tomorrow. It’s a quiet life in a busy part of Surat.
