You can find us up on the ninth floor of the Sahaj Imperia building, specifically flat 904 in Building C. We’re right by the Jahangirpura Bridge Road, so we get a pretty good view of the traffic moving across the bridge all day. Being that high up is nice because it’s a bit quieter than being down on the street level. We’ve been in this building for a while now and it’s a good spot for an export business. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for our desks and the few of us who work here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. The elevator in the building is sometimes a bit slow, so we’ve learned to be patient. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or fancy furniture. Our office is just a place where we get things done. We have a lot of folders and stacks of paper because that’s just the nature of the work. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big shipment to coordinate, looking out at the lights on the bridge. It’s a simple setup. We know our regulars and they know where to find us. No need for anything more than that. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation in a busy part of the city. We keep a small table where we have water bottles and a stack of newspapers.
