M Contractor & Sons

M Contractor & Sons has been operating out of Nanpura Ring Road 3 for quite a while. We aren’t a shop that sells small things; it’s more about the heavy materials and stuff you need if you’re building something. The space is mostly filled with stacks of supplies, ledger books, and a few old desks where we sit and talk to people about their projects. It’s a family-run place, so there’s usually one of us around even when it’s quiet. Nanpura is a busy area, especially along the Ring Road, and you can hear the trucks and cars going by all day long. The air is often a bit dusty because of the things we move around, and my hands usually have some dirt on them by lunch. We don't have a showroom or anything like that. People just come in, tell us what they need for their site, and we figure it out. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing things down on scrap paper so we don't forget the orders. The ceiling is high and there are some old fans that don't do much in the heat, but we just get on with it. It’s practical work, and we’ve been at it long enough that the routine is second nature. Sometimes we stay late to finish the paperwork or wait for a late delivery to arrive at Ring Road 3. It’s just how the business goes here.
