Litecon Industries Pvt Ltd is out here in Kathor at number 255. It’s mostly industrial around this part, so there’s always some noise or smoke in the air. We’ve got a decent-sized space where we handle all the manufacturing stuff. It’s loud because of the machines, but you get used to it after a week or two. Most of the guys have been here for a long time, so we all know how the equipment works, even the old ones that act up sometimes. We spend a lot of time just maintaining the gear and making sure the floor stays somewhat clear of scrap. It’s hard work and your hands get dirty by ten in the morning. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a small office with a couple of chairs where we handle the paperwork. Lunch is usually spent sitting outside if the weather isn't too bad. We make parts and components, mostly for other companies that need them for their own projects. It’s steady work. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in, but mostly we head home when the sun starts going down. There isn't much to say about it other than we show up, do the job, and try to keep things running smooth. The roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains really hard, but we put a bucket under it.
