We are over at Plot No. 109, Shop No. 2 in Giriraj Nagar, which is part of the Limbayat area. If you’re looking for Survey No. 34, that’s exactly where we are tucked away. We work with dyes, so as you can imagine, everything in here has a bit of a stain on it. The floors, the counters, and even our aprons are usually covered in some shade of blue or red. It’s messy work, but it’s what we’ve been doing for years. Limbayat is a busy place, and there’s always noise coming from the street outside. Our shop is small, and we have shelves lined with jars and bags of different pigments. We spend a lot of time mixing colors and testing how they react to different fabrics. Sometimes a batch doesn't turn out quite right, and we have to start over from scratch. It’s frustrating, but that’s the nature of working with chemicals and cloth. We aren't a big industrial chemical company. We’re just a local shop where people come when they need a specific shade for their project. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Most people just walk in, tell us what they’re looking for, and we see what we can do. It’s a bit cramped inside, especially when we’ve got a lot of orders to dry, but we make it work somehow. We just keep mixing and matching our pigments and hoping for the best results.
