We’ve been tucked away here on Bhatar Road for quite some time now, right in Poonam Nagar 9. Life Styles Interiors isn't a fancy showroom with spotlights and expensive carpets. It’s more of a workspace where things actually get done. You’ll usually find us surrounded by fabric swatches and wood samples that have seen better days. The phone rings a lot, and sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we manage. People from the neighborhood drop by just to ask about a small repair or maybe a whole room redo. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us trying to figure out what looks good and what doesn’t. Most days involve sketching things out on napkins while having tea. The stairs up to the shop are a bit steep, but once you're here, it's pretty relaxed. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they know us. Sometimes we get behind on our filing because we’re busy looking at a new catalog or talking to a regular. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how we work. We don't bother with those glossy brochures you see in big malls. We just show you what we have on the shelves and talk it through. It's practical. If you’re around Bhatar Road, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times without even noticing the sign. That’s okay. We’re usually inside working on something anyway.
