Laxmi Watch Centre

Laxmi Watch Centre is tucked into number 4 of the Dharmesh Apartment, right opposite the Effile Tower at Parle Point. It’s a well-known area, and having the tower right across from us makes it easy to give directions. We aren't a massive store with dozens of employees. It’s a small, personal operation where we do the work ourselves. The shop is part of the apartment building, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it. We’ve got a couple of display cases near the front, but most of the space is taken up by our repair benches. We handle a lot of delicate work here. People in Parle Point often have nice watches that they want to keep in good shape, and we do our best to help with that. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what’s wrong in plain English. The workbench is cluttered with tweezers, tiny hammers, and little jars of oil. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, especially when we have a few customers in at once, but we manage just fine. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we know the rhythms of the neighborhood. The view of the Effile Tower is nice, but we mostly keep our eyes on the watches on the table. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business that we enjoy running every day.
