We are located at 5-Kirtinagar Society in Surat, right behind the Piperdiwala English Medium School in the Ramnagar area of Rander. It’s a residential-feeling spot for an engineering office, but it works for us. Being near the school means it gets pretty busy when the kids are coming or going, but otherwise, it’s a decent place to be based. We handle the ECC Division stuff for this part of Gujarat from here. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of site drawings. We aren't trying to win any design awards for the office. We just need a functional space where the team can gather and discuss the construction schedules. Surat is a fast-paced city, and we try to keep up with that. Most of the guys here are local or have been here long enough to feel like it. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day while we try to solve whatever problem has come up on the site. We don't have any fancy marketing people here, just engineers and support staff who know their way around a building site. If the project is going well, we’re happy. If there’s a delay, we work through it. It’s just straightforward construction work without any of the extra fluff. We like being in Rander; it feels like a real community instead of just an industrial zone, and it makes the long hours a bit easier to handle.
