L&T Ecc Division

Our team for L&T Ecc Division is stationed over in Mora, which is under the Ichhapur police station in the Surat district. We are using the place belonging to Balubhai Murarbhai Patel, working alongside Kamala Kanta Mallik. It’s a bit out of the main city, which actually helps us stay focused on the tasks at hand. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s just a functional building where we keep all the project records and equipment lists. The air can get a bit humid being near the coast, and the office usually feels a bit crowded when everyone comes in for the morning meeting. We don't have a big HR department or a PR person here. It’s just us, some worn-out chairs, and a lot of site maps pinned to the walls. We handle a lot of the local coordination from this spot, making sure the workers and the materials get to the right places. It’s a bit dusty, and there is always a layer of sand on the windowsills, but that is just part of the job in this area. We aren't here to look professional in the corporate sense. We are just here to do the work. It’s a simple, local base where the real construction planning happens every day without any fuss.
