L & T Mhi Turbine Generators

Our place is located over in Keshav Nagar here in Surat. It’s quite a large operation where we handle things related to turbine generators. If you’ve ever been out this way, you know it’s a fairly busy part of the city with a lot going on. The work we do is pretty technical, involving big machines and lots of moving parts. It’s not the kind of job where you sit at a desk all day in silence. There is always some kind of humming or clanging going on in the background. We have a lot of different crews working different hours to keep everything moving along. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty; it’s all about the equipment and making sure the generators are being handled correctly. Most of us live nearby or commute from other parts of Surat. It gets hot in the summer, especially with the machinery running, but we’re used to it by now. The roads around Keshav Nagar can get a bit congested during shift changes, which is always a bit of a headache. We just show up, do the work, and head home. There’s a lot of pride in the stuff we put together, even if we don't talk about it much. It’s a solid job and we’ve been at this location for a while now.
