L & T Construction

We are based over at Khodtalav Jyothinagar in Jalahalli East, working under the L & T Construction name. This particular spot is more of a local hub for the projects we have going on nearby. It’s not like the big glass offices you see in the city center. Here, it’s a lot of boots, hard hats, and blueprints spread out on messy tables. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the actual building work, making sure the materials arrive at Khodtalav on time and the guys know what they’re doing for the day. Jalahalli East is a growing area, so there’s always something being dug up or put together. The office we have is pretty basic. It’s mostly just a place to file paperwork and have meetings when the weather is too bad to be outside. It gets quite muddy around here when it rains, and we’re always cleaning the floors. I’ve been with L & T for a while, and this branch is just one of many, but we feel like our own little community in Jyothinagar. We know the tea stall nearby and the people who live around the site. It’s hard work, and the days are long. We start early when the sun isn't too hot yet. By the time we finish, everyone is pretty tired. It’s just how construction goes. We’re just here doing the work one day at a time in this corner of Jalahalli East and keeping things simple for everyone involved.
