If you head down Vesu Main Road in Surat, you’ll find us at Western Vesu Point. We’re in office 909, right near the Vesu Char Rasta and the SD Jain School. It gets really busy around here when school lets out, so we usually try to schedule our big meetings for earlier in the day. Kriyashakti Propmart Private Limited is basically just a group of us who know the Vesu area inside and out. We’ve seen this part of Surat change so much over the years. Our office is a busy place, usually full of people coming in to check on their applications or just to see what’s new on the market. We don't have any fancy scripts to read from. We just tell people what we’ve seen and what we think about the current prices. It’s a lot of legwork, visiting different buildings and talking to developers. We keep our records in big stacks and try to stay on top of all the new regulations that come out. Sometimes we make mistakes with the filing, but we always fix them as soon as we can. It’s a human business, after all. We like being part of the Vesu community. It feels good to see a family move into a place we helped them find. We just keep things practical and stay focused on the work at hand each day.
