Krishna Filter House

Krishna Filter House is situated on Mini Avenue Road at number 2, over in Mota Varachha. This area has grown a lot lately, so there’s always something new being built nearby. Our shop is right on the corner, which makes it easy for people to find us. Inside, we have shelves lined with all kinds of filters, from the small ones for kitchen taps to the big industrial ones. It smells a bit like plastic and metal in here, which I’ve gotten used to over the years. My brother and I usually run the place together. We spend the morning unpacking boxes and making sure everything is in the right spot on the shelves. The afternoon is mostly spent helping people who come in looking for a specific part they can't find elsewhere. Mota Varachha is a lively place, so there’s always noise from the street coming through the open door. We don’t really have a back office, just a small table where we keep the accounts book. We use an old calculator that’s missing a couple of buttons, but it still works fine for what we need. It’s a simple business. We don’t have any big plans to expand or anything like that. We just want to keep the shop running and help the folks who live around Mini Avenue. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if a customer is coming from far away to pick something up.
