Our office is located in the Adajon area of Surat, specifically in the Swagat Apartment across from Sagar Complex. If you are familiar with Anand Mahal Road, you probably know where we are. It is a busy part of the city. We have been working in the construction field here for a while. Surat is always expanding, so there is never a shortage of work to do. Our team is pretty small, and we prefer it that way because it keeps things simple. We don't have a lot of middle managers or fancy departments. We just have people who know how to build. The office is often a bit messy with blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks. We spend a lot of time meeting with people and checking on how the structures are coming along. Sometimes the city traffic makes it hard to get around, but that is just life in Surat. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just tell you what can be done and how long it might take. There are always challenges in construction, from rising material costs to weather delays. We just deal with them one by one. It's a practical business for us. We like seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished building. It gives us a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day when we head home.
