Kishor Kumar Ghadia

I’m Kishor Kumar Ghadia. You can find me over at D-32 in the Adajan area. We are located quite close to Sardar Bridge. It’s a convenient spot because the bridge connects us to the rest of the city, though the traffic can be a real headache during peak hours. I’ve been operating from this location for quite a while now. The building is older, but it serves its purpose well. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a work area where I spend the majority of my time. I don't have a flashy office; it just isn't my style. It’s more important that the work gets done correctly. My neighbors are mostly other small business owners, so we all know each other and look out for one another. Adajan has changed a lot since I started, with more shops and cars everywhere, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. I start my day by opening the shutters and letting some air in. Usually, I have a list of things to finish before the sun goes down. Sometimes I get distracted chatting with people who drop by, but that’s the nice part of being a local business. We don't have a big team or a human resources department. It’s just a practical, hands-on operation. If you’re coming from the bridge side, we are easy to spot once you get into the lane.
