You can find us at Number 23 in the Nav Sarjan Apartment-4. We are right near Kailash Nagar in the Sagrapura area of Surat. Being in Surat means things are always moving fast, but our office is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads. Kich Marketing is just a small operation. We have a few desks squeezed into the apartment, and that’s where all the work happens—though it’s usually just a lot of calling and emailing. We don't have any big corporate signs out front. If you didn't know the address, you might just walk right past us. We like it that way because it keeps things low-key. We spend most of our time trying to figure out the best way to get things noticed, which is funny because we don't really bother with our own marketing much. The room can get a bit stuffy in the Surat heat, so the air conditioning is usually running. We’re not a big team, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. One minute you’re talking to a client, and the next you’re fixing the paper jam in the copier. It’s just how a small business works. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just show up in Sagrapura every morning and try to make sure everything is handled. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in a busy city.
