Rishav Udyog

We've been at Plot No. 28 B in the Nanji Indl Estate for quite a while now. Most days start early here because the heat gets a bit much by the afternoon. Rishav Udyog isn't a massive place, but we keep busy with our daily orders and keeping the machines running right. Sometimes the noise is a lot, but you get used to it after a few weeks on the floor. Our neighbors in the estate are mostly good people, and we help each other out if someone needs a tool or a bit of advice on a repair. It's not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a shop floor where we do our work and try to get things out the door on time. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we all know how things work without having to talk about it too much. We focus on the jobs we have in front of us. If a machine breaks down, we fix it ourselves mostly. The commute isn't too bad for most of the staff since they live nearby. We usually have tea around eleven and talk about whatever is going on in the news or just local stuff. It is a straightforward way of life here. We don't spend much time on the computer. Mostly it is hands-on work every day. The floor has some oil stains, but it shows we’ve been working hard. We keep the gate open for a breeze. Every now and then, a truck gets lost and we point them the right way. It’s a simple setup, and that’s how we like it. We just show up, do the tasks, and head home.
