Khambhalay Abrasive

You can find Khambhalay Abrasive on the first floor of the Vedang building, which is part of the Rajhans Swapana complex. We are right near the Sarthana Octroa Naka, on the main road heading towards Karej and Surat. It’s a busy area, with lots of shops and people moving around throughout the day. Our office is in room 102, and it’s usually packed with samples of different abrasive wheels, belts, and sanding papers. We aren't a big corporation; it’s just a few of us handling the paperwork and talking to customers who happen to drop by. The building is fairly standard for this part of Surat, and there’s always some noise from the street traffic coming through the windows. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking the stock levels in the back room. It’s a practical business. We deal with people who need specific tools for grinding and polishing, so things get a bit messy and metallic sometimes. The first floor is easier for people to get to than climbing all the way up to the roof, which is nice for everyone involved. We have a small tea setup in the corner for when visitors come in to talk about their orders. The Sarthana Octroa Naka is a good landmark, so most delivery drivers don’t have trouble finding us. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to keep things somewhat organized despite the heavy boxes.
