Kazstroy India Ltd.

We’re located over in Surat, right at Prajeet Apartments in Umra. If you’re looking for us, we’re in C-105, which is just behind Nehru Nagar. It’s a decent spot in Gujarat, fairly easy for people to get to. Kazstroy India Ltd. is what we’re called. We handle various engineering and construction support tasks from here. The apartment serves as our home base. It’s not a giant skyscraper or a fancy business park. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our desks and computers. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when we’re trying to focus on drawings or schedules. We’ve got a small team that has been working together for a long time. In a city like Surat, everything is about getting the work done and moving on to the next thing. We don’t really go in for big speeches about what we do. We just do it. Whether it’s managing site details or keeping track of the books, it all happens right here. Sometimes we have tea breaks downstairs at the corner shop. It’s a very normal way to run a business. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just want to make sure the projects we’re involved in move along like they should. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork, but it’s our living. That’s our story in a nutshell. We just keep things moving.
