You can find our office at 404 N D Park, which is situated right across from the West Zone Office on Rander Road. This is the Tarwadi area of Surat, and it stays quite active throughout the entire day. Katira Construction Ltd. has been operating from this fourth-floor office for a long time. It is a very convenient spot because being near the local government offices makes handling the building paperwork a little bit easier for us. The office itself is quite functional and simple. We have a main room where we discuss new projects and a couple of smaller spaces for the accounting and planning work. It is not a luxury suite, just a practical place where we put in our hours every day. There is usually a tall stack of site reports on the desk and some old rolls of drawings in the corner. We focus on getting things built, whether it is small residential blocks or commercial shops around the city. Rander Road is a major artery, so we get to see a lot of the city’s pulse from our windows. Sometimes the traffic noise outside is quite loud, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are not the type of company to spend money on huge billboards. We just prefer to let the buildings we finish do the talking for us. It is a lot of hard work, but we enjoy the process.
