Most days, I am here early before the traffic really picks up near the Darwaja. People around here know us by name. It’s a very local feel in Katargam. We deal with whatever comes our way that day. There isn't a fancy lobby for visitors. You just walk in and we talk. Sometimes the address 7/1018 is hard for delivery drivers to find because of how the lanes are, but once you find us, we are always here. It is just a straightforward way of living and working. Surat is a busy city, and being in Variyavi Bhagal keeps us right in the middle of it. We don't do much advertising or things like that. Mostly it is just people knowing where we are.
