Divya Kartik Bodawala

We've been running things here at Divya Kartik Bodawala for quite some time now. Our setup is right in the Bodawala Industrial Estate over in Gotalawadi. Katargam is where we do all our work, and being in Surat keeps us pretty busy. It’s an old industrial area, so there’s always something going on around the workshop. Most of us here grew up in the city or nearby, so we know the roads and the neighbors pretty well. We aren't a big flashy office or anything like that. It’s mostly just us getting the daily tasks done and making sure the orders are ready when people come by. Sometimes the traffic in Gotalawadi gets a bit much, but we manage. We’ve stayed in the same spot for years because it works for us. The building isn't brand new, but it holds everything we need to operate. People know they can find us here during the day. We usually start early in the morning and keep going until the light fades. There’s no fancy reception desk, just the work floor and a small space for paperwork. We handle things ourselves instead of hiring out for everything. It's a bit dusty because of the industrial estate location, but that's just part of being in this part of Surat. We don't spend much time talking about what we do, we just do it. It’s a straightforward life here at the estate, and that suits everyone fine.
