Mrk Packaging

Our business is all about packaging, so the building is almost always full of cardboard boxes, rolls of tape, and various types of wrapping material. It can get a bit cramped inside when a big shipment of raw materials arrives. Being near the Madhuban Dam Road means it is a bit quieter than the main city centers, but we still get plenty of trucks passing by. We spend our days measuring out sizes and putting together orders for different clients. The floor is usually covered in scrap paper or bits of plastic that we sweep up at the end of every shift. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. There is a small desk where we handle the invoices and a kettle in the corner for making tea during the breaks. The weather in Silvassa can be quite unpredictable, with heavy rains that make a lot of noise on our tin roof. We just keep our heads down and get the packing done. It’s a regular job for us, and we have been at this location in Rakholi for a while now. It suits us just fine for the work we do.
