Dena Bank

Our branch is here in Silvassa, located at Kalyankunj. It’s a familiar spot for most people in the neighborhood. Dena Bank has been a part of the daily routine here for quite a long time. It’s not like those digital-only things you see now; we have actual people walking in every morning with their passbooks and their cash. The building at Kalyankunj is easy to find, and we see a lot of the same faces every week. Some people come in just to say hello while they do their banking. It gets pretty crowded on Mondays and at the start of the month when everyone gets their pay. We just try to keep the lines moving and make sure everyone gets what they need. The staff here knows the local area well. We live around here too. Sometimes the computers are slow or the rain makes it hard for people to get to us, but we stay open. It’s a basic banking job, nothing fancy about it. We count the money, check the forms, and help people save for whatever they’re planning. There’s a lot of paperwork, but that’s just how banking is. We don’t have any big posters or marketing slogans on the walls. It’s just a place to keep your money safe and get a loan when you need one. Silvassa is a growing place, and we’re just one small part of it. We keep things running for the locals here as best as we can.
