K M Patel & Co is located at L 1 on Rander Road. We are inside the Sangeet Sarita Apartment building. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment complex compared to a commercial plaza, but we like the feel of it. It’s more quiet and feels a bit more personal than being in a loud mall. We’ve been here for several years, and the neighbors all know us by now. Our office isn't very large, but it’s organized in a way that works for what we do. Rander Road is a busy stretch, but once you step inside Sangeet Sarita, things calm down quite a lot. We don't spend money on big advertising campaigns or flyers. Most of the people we work with are local to the area or have been coming to us for a long time. We just focus on our daily chores and making sure everything is handled correctly. Sometimes we have a lot of people coming in and out, and other days it’s just us doing paperwork in silence. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just come to work every day and do our best to stay on top of the things we need to finish. It’s a very basic setup, but it’s been working for us for a long time.
