Jmc Project (India) Limited

We are located right by the Utran Power House in Shakinagar. It is part of the GSECL area, so the whole place has that heavy industrial feel to it. Jmc Project (India) Limited has been operating from this site to stay close to the actual work. It gets quite loud sometimes because of the power house operations, but we are used to the hum by now. Shakinagar is a specific little pocket here in Surat. The roads are usually busy with trucks and workers coming and going at all hours of the day and night. Our office isn't very large, just enough space for the team to sit and get the logs finished properly. We spend a lot of time on our feet outside, so the office is mostly for the administrative side of things. There is a lot of dust sometimes when the wind picks up near the plant. We don't have any fancy decorations or a reception desk with a smiling face. It is just a practical spot for practical people who don't mind getting their hands dirty. The heat in this part of Gujarat can be a lot, especially in May and June, but we just keep the water cold and stay busy. Being part of the GSECL landscape means we are right in the thick of the energy sector's daily grind. It is an honest day's work for everyone here. We just try to keep things organized and moving forward.
