J.K.Projects Pvt. Ltd, Surat

Our office is in Surat, over on Rander Road. If you know the area, we are in Simanager Society, right across from Sai Krupa Society. It is a residential neighborhood mostly, so it is a bit quieter than the city center. We are in F/8. It is just a small place where we handle our project work. We do a lot of planning and coordination for construction jobs. The desk is usually piled high with blue prints and site reports. Surat is a city that never stops building, so there is always something to do. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. The tea man comes by twice a day and that is when we usually take a break. We have a couple of old computers and some filing cabinets that are getting full. It gets very humid here in the summer, and the small AC unit we have struggles to keep up. We spend a lot of our time out at the actual work sites anyway. The office is just for the paperwork and meeting the occasional visitor. We have been in this society for a long time now. The neighbors know us well. We don't do much marketing or anything. We just keep busy with the projects we have on hand and try to stay organized.
