We’re based over in the Kapodra area of Surat, right near the Karmnath Mahadev Mandir. Our place is on plots 6 and 7. It’s a busy neighborhood, and having the temple nearby means there’s often a lot of people around, especially on festival days or Mondays. We work in the import-export business, which keeps us busy with a lot of different tasks every single day. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and sit at our computers. We’ve been in Surat for a long time, so we’re used to the fast pace of the city. There’s always something happening, whether it’s a delivery arriving or a client calling with a question. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the business the way we know how, by being honest and working through the list of things we have to do. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the filing, and the desks get a bit messy, but that’s just how it goes when things are moving fast. We like being in this part of Surat because it feels like a real community. You can always find a good cup of tea just a short walk away. We’re just a small group of people trying to do our jobs well and keep our business going in this big, busy city without making any fuss about it.
