Our place is located at 308/a, Shreeji Nivas in the Nandu Doshi Wadi area. We are right across from the Torent Power station in Katargam, so it’s a landmark everyone around Surat knows. The business is just run under the name Jayeshkumar Manjibhai Patel. It’s not a large office with a bunch of departments. It is mostly just a practical space where we handle our business every day. The street outside is usually full of bikes and the sound of people going about their business. We’ve been in this spot for quite a long time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside, we have our basic setup. It’s not polished or fancy. We have a few chairs for when people stop by to talk. We don't really go for that corporate look. There's always some dust from the road, and we just clean it up and keep going. Most of our day is spent dealing with the local community here in Katargam. We don't spend money on big advertisements because people usually find us by word of mouth or by just walking past Shreeji Nivas. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We open the doors in the morning and stay until the work is finished for the day. Sometimes we stay late if there’s a lot to do, but we don't mind. It’s just how we have always done things here. No fancy words are needed to describe what we do.
