We have been set up at 3040 Ring Road for a long time now. We are right in the Jash Textile Market, near Lakkar Bazar. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s a total scramble of trucks and people carrying things. Our office is tucked away in the middle of all that. J P Saboo is the name on the door, but it’s really just a few of us working away in there. There are rolls of fabric and samples everywhere, and the floor is usually covered in little bits of thread or dust. It is a very old-school way of doing business. We don't have a website that does anything fancy, we just talk to people face to face or on the old landline. The building, Jash Textile Market, is always bustling and it can be hard to find a place to park your scooter. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves full of ledgers and cloth. We have seen the market change a lot over the years, but our corner stays pretty much the same. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, but mostly we just see the tops of trucks. It’s a bit hot in there during the afternoon, but we have a good fan. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people we have known for twenty years. It’s just how things are done here in Lakkar Bazar.
