J Mehara & Co

J Mehara & Co operates out of W/1 Surat Man Mandir Apartment. It’s a bit different because we are located in an apartment building rather than a standard storefront on a main road. You have to know where you’re going to find us. The space is set up more like an office than a shop. There are desks with ledgers and some shelves holding various items we deal with. It’s a quiet environment, which is nice when you have a lot of paperwork or small tasks to handle. The windows look out onto the rest of the apartment complex. We usually have the curtains half-drawn to keep the glare off the computer screens. There’s a kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes lunch. It’s a very functional space. We don’t get a lot of walk-in traffic like a mall store would. Most people who come here have a reason to visit. The walls are mostly bare, except for a calendar and a few notes pinned up. It feels more like a home office than a big company. We’ve been in the Man Mandir Apartment for a while, so the security guards and the neighbors all know us. It’s a steady place to work without the chaos of the city streets right at the doorstep. We just go about our business, answering calls and managing the daily tasks that come through. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day for us.
