We operate out of the Saikrupa Apartments on Althan Road, right here in the Bhatar section of Surat. Our space is in unit A2/7, and it’s where we do all the behind-the-scenes work for our infrastructure projects. It’s a busy little office with a lot of coming and going. We don’t have much in the way of decorations, mostly just shelves of files and big tables for looking at blueprints. The team here is pretty small but we stay very busy managing the different construction sites we have going on. Surat is a fast-moving place and we have to keep up with that. We deal with all the daily problems that come up in construction, like late deliveries or machinery breaking down. It’s not always pretty, but we get the job done. We talk to a lot of different people, from truck drivers to city officials, every single day. Our focus is really just on the practical side of building things. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or long meetings that don't go anywhere. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we know the local area and the challenges it brings. The office is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and stay on top of the projects we are assigned to. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living.
