Indo Asia Machines Pvt. Ltd. is based in Surat. Our shop is at Gf-9 in the Valentino Business Hub. It’s right across from the Khatodara Lake Garden on Canal Road. It’s actually a nice spot because of the garden nearby, though we are usually too busy inside to look at it. We deal with different types of machinery. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easier for moving parts and meeting people who drop by. Valentino Business Hub is a newer building, but our space is strictly for work. We have tools and machine parts sitting around most of the time. It’s a bit of a messy environment, but that’s how machine businesses usually look. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy showroom. We just want the machines to work right. Canal Road gets quite a bit of traffic, but it's a good connection for us. Our team is small and we’ve been working with machines for a long time. We know the local market in Surat well. People know they can find us near the lake. We just open up in the morning, handle the repairs or sales, and close up in the evening. It’s a practical, local business that focuses on the mechanical side of things. No big corporate speeches, just hammers and wrenches. We keep a kettle in the back for tea when things get slow and someone is always around to help.
