We are located at Shop No:- 110 inside the Silver Stone Arcade. It is right near the Shri Kantheria Hanuman Temple on Singanpore Road, which makes it easy for folks to find us when they are out that way. The Causeway area in Surat is usually buzzing with activity. Our shop is just one of many in the arcade, but we have been here long enough that the neighbors know us. The morning starts with opening the shutters and setting things up for the day. It is a practical space, nothing too fancy. We have our desks and a bit of storage in the back. Sometimes the walk towards the temple gets really crowded, especially on certain days of the week, but that is just part of being here. We deal with all sorts of requests every day. It is a mix of paperwork and talking to people who stop by the arcade. We do not use any complicated scripts or corporate talk. We just tell people how it is. It is a straightforward business. Most of us take our lunch breaks nearby because there are some good spots on Singanpore Road. The days go by pretty fast when there is work to do. We just keep our heads down and get on with it. It is a local operation and we like it that way. No one is trying to be anything we aren't, just working hard.
