Iconic Properties

Our office is tucked away in Adajan Gam, right in the heart of the Adajan area in Surat. Iconic Properties isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of agents in suits. It’s just a small group of us working out of this spot. We spend a lot of our time looking at different plots and houses all over Gujarat, but this is where we keep our files. The traffic around here can be a real headache during the evenings, but we’re usually stuck inside anyway. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to ask about property prices or to see if anything new has come up for sale. We have folders and papers piled up on every desk and the phone rings more than we’d like it to. It’s a local business through and through. We know these streets well because we live nearby too. Sometimes we are out on the road showing a property to a family, and other times we’re just sitting here drinking tea and waiting for someone to call back. We don't use those big glossy brochures you see in the mall. It’s mostly just us talking to people and figuring out what they actually need. Surat is growing so fast these days, it feels like a new building goes up every week. We try to keep track of it all from our little office in the Gam. It’s a bit messy and loud, but it’s our daily life here in Surat.
