Hemant Travels

We're located at G-36 in the Golden Point building. It's on Fasalwadi Road, right near the busy Ring Road area. Most people know the BSNL telephone office nearby, it's a good landmark to find us. We're also close to Gajja. The shop is small but it's enough for what we do. We've been here for a good while, watching the traffic go by on the Ring Road. It gets really dusty sometimes with all the construction and vehicles. We just keep the doors open and wait for customers. We don't have a team of people in suits. It's just a few of us here. We handle travel stuff for people in the neighborhood. Some folks come in just to ask for directions, and that's fine too. We know the Fasalwadi area quite well. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stand, but not too far. We’ve got a couple of old chairs for people to sit on while they wait. The light in the hallway is a bit dim sometimes. We just focus on the work. It's a simple business. We don't do anything flashy. Hemant Travels is just a local spot for local people. Most of our customers are from the nearby textile offices. They drop by during their lunch break. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s just how we run things in this part of Surat. It's a humble setup, but it works for us every day.
