Paradise Industries

The workshop is located over in Mora Tekara Village, right near the big Reliance plant in Hazira. You can see the industrial chimneys from our gate at B-17 Star Row House. Paradise Industries isn't a massive factory, it is more of a practical space where we get things done. We have been in this spot for some years. The noise from the heavy trucks on the main road is constant but you get used to it after a week or so. We mostly spend our hours handling the machines and making sure everything is running okay. It gets really hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, so we keep the big doors open for some air. The village is quiet compared to the city, except for the industrial stuff happening nearby. We have a small office area tucked in the corner with a few plastic chairs for visitors. Most people who come by are either making deliveries or picking up parts we finished. We don't have any polished floors or air conditioning in the main area. It’s just work clothes, heavy tools, and some grease here and there. We usually take a break for tea under the shade near the row houses. It’s a decent place to work and we know the local guys who run the shops down the street. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on schedule every day without making things complicated.
